Two mothers chaperoning a high school prom in Manitou Springs, Colo., allegedly sprayed Lysol on students for dancing dirty, calling the teen girls “sluts” and “whores.”
About eight students were hit with the disinfectant spray, Manitou Springs police told the Daily News. The spray got in some students’ eyes and mouths, and they had to leave the prom, said police.

A man who worked for an animal shelter has been arrested after allegedly taking photographs of himself having sex with his girlfriend’s dog.
Eric Antunes, 29, was found at his home after police in Clearwater, Florida were given a tip he was in possession of child pornography.
He was at home when they arrived and ‘admitted to downloading and viewing child pornography from his home computer’, police said.
He allowed detectives to search his hard drive and they uncovered nine photos and one video of child pornography, according to police.
‘Several images of bestiality’ were also found on his mobile phone, authorities told the Tampa Bay Times.

A woman who is eight-months pregnant with her sixteenth child is claiming police brutality after she says Tampa officers used a stun gun on her. Tampa police arrested Angel Adams, 39, this week and charged her with battery on a law enforcement officer after a scuffle when police came to her home to talk to one of her sons. She says the stun gun endangered her life — and the life of her unborn child. Adams, 39, first made headlines two years ago when she was evicted from her apartment, then moved into a small motel room with 12 of her 15 children. Her story angered many when she angrily demanded, “Somebody needs to pay for all of this.”
They didn’t want to pay the automatic 17% gratuity fee because of the crappy service they got, so the restaurant workers locked them inside and called the police. Watch video

Jasmine Marks said she was trying to enjoy dinner recently with several friends at La Fisherman, located at 1935 Highway 6 South. She said the service was less than stellar; the wait staff was rude, their drinks didn’t get refilled and they didn’t receive their entire order.
When the bill came, Marks said there was a problem. The restaurant added an automatic 17 percent gratuity because their party had more than five people in it, but Marks didn’t feel like the staff earned the full tip so she asked to speak to a manager.

Traveling from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Florida, the Frank family was yanked out of line as it boarded the plane in a dispute over how 7-year-old Dina had been screened. The little girl, who has cerebral palsy, walks with crutches and leg braces.
“They make our lives completely difficult,” said her father, Dr. Joshua Frank, a Long Island pediatrician. “She’s not a threat to national security.”
With her crutches and orthotics, Dina cannot walk through metal detectors and instead is patted down by security agents. The girl, who is also developmentally disabled, is often frightened by the procedure, her father said.
[Mother] Marcy Frank usually asks the agents to introduce themselves to her daughter, but those on duty on Monday were exceptionally aggressive, Joshua Frank said, and he began to videotape them with his iPhone.
“And the woman started screaming at me and cursing me and threatening me,” he said.

A Texas mom was arrested after allegedly leaving her 2-year-old in a hot car to drink margaritas — four of them in half an hour.
Jessica Christian left the tot in the locked car with the engine off and the windows cracked when she went into the Tejano Restaurant around noon Thursday, police told Fox Dallas-Fort Worth.
A passerby spotted the child and called 911. It was 83 degrees outside at the time, police told the TV station.
The boy was sweating and dehydrated when authorities retrieved him from the car, but is expected to be OK.

Kissimmee police said they have arrested a former Osceola High School teacher, for allegedly having sex with her student in school.
Kacy Christine Wilson, 28, faces charges of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors and transmission of pornography by electronic device. In October of 2011, investigators were made aware of a possible sexual relationship between Wilson and a student.
“She was having sex with one of her students when she was working,” said Stacie Miller of the Kissimmee Police Dept.
Investigators said a 16-year-old boy was excused from class, because Wilson called his teacher and said he had left something in her classroom. When he arrived, police said, she gently pushed him against the wall and touched him. She then led him to a closet, took off his clothes and had sex with him, according to a police report.
